Air Washers

Air Washers are available in 2 types

• Spray Bank Type Air Washer

• Pad Type Air Washer

Above air washers are made in sheet metal enclosure or in masonary construction.

Spray Bank Type Air Washers
Spray Bank Type Air Washers are available in single bank, double bank and opposed bank. These are used where saturation efficiency is required upto 90%.

Pad Type Air Washers
Pad Type Air Washers are available with pvc fills or cellulose paper. Cellulose paper are cross corrugated type treated with any riot, rigidifying and wetting resin. These are used where saturation efficiency is required upto 80%.

Sheet Metal Air Washers

Sheet Metal Air Washers are compact in design and suitable for outdoor installation without any roof/shed and foundation. Enclosure is divided into two section - Wet section and Fan section. Wet section houses air filters, spray banks or cooling pads, water eliminators, water tank and spray piping. Wet section are made in SS, FRP, MS or GI construction. Fan section houses fan with motor and water re-circulation pump with motor. Fan section are mode in FRP, MS or GI construction with internal insulation.
